two different folders, your inbox, and another folder for messages that are believed to be spam. This folder is sometimes called the
"spam" folder, "junk mail" folder or "bulk mail" folder.
If you search this folder and find any of our
messages, please use your usual method for marking our email as a legitimate message. Most often this is done by clicking on a "not
spam" button. After doing this a once or in some cases a few times, our messages will come to your inbox.

Hotmail
If you are using Hotmail, you can ensure that
your Totally Barbados VIP Club newsletters are delivered to your Inbox by adding our "From" address to your Safe List. Here's how to do this:
» Click the "Options" tab on the top right
hand side.
» Select "More Options". (It's at the very bottom of this list)
» Under Junk e-mail, select: "Safe and blocked senders"
» Select: "Safe senders"
» In the space provided, enter:
