Most email systems these days send messages
to two different folders, your inbox, and another folder for messages that are believed to be spam. This folder is sometimes
called the "spam" folder, "junk mail" folder or "bulk mail" folder.
If you search this folder and find any
of our messages, please use your usual method for marking our email as a legitimate message. Most often this is done by clicking
on a "not spam" button. After doing this a once or in some cases a few times, our messages will come to your inbox.

to ensure that messages are delivered to your inbox. For example, major email providers like AOL and AT&T will most likely send a message
to your inbox if the sender's email is in your address book, so: please put

and Totally_Barbados@mail.vresp.com
into your address book (this can usually be done by opening one of our emails and clicking
"add address").
In most cases this will help, but you
may have to take some additional steps to ensure delivery to your inbox. These steps will vary depending on your email provider:
Hotmail
If you are using Hotmail, you can ensure
that your Totally Barbados VIP Club newsletters are delivered to your Inbox by adding our "From" address to your Safe List. Here's how
to do this:
» Click the "Options" tab
on the top right hand side.
» Select "More Options". (It's at the very bottom of this list)
» Under Junk e-mail, select: "Safe and blocked senders"
» Select: "Safe senders"
» In the space provided, enter:

Totally_Barbados@mail.vresp.com
» Click "Add to list".
» When you see the address you entered in the Safe senders and domains box, you can then return to your "mail".
