Brownes Beach
|
Brownes Beach carries on from Pebbles Beach and goes right into Carlisle Bay.
Things to Do
It is a great beach for swimming and there is a lifeguard on duty. There is a table tennis table and it has good access for the disabled. Unfortunately there are no amenities such as food and drink outlets, nor are there any beach chairs to rent. But if you go prepared then this is a beautiful beach with calm water.
Features
• Lifeguard
• Table tennis
• Disabled access
Driving Directions
From Bridgetown head along the south coast road towards Oistins, just before the first set of traffic lights that you reach coming out of town, you will see the car park and entrance to Brownes Beach.
View the location of the beach on our Barbados Interactive Map.
