Conference and Convention Centre:
Centrally located, Sherbourne Conference Center has received the World Travel Award for the Caribbean's Leading Conference Center in 2003, 2004 and 2005!
Fully air conditioned and wheel chair accessible, Sherbourne occupies approximately 164,000 square feet, boasting eleven meeting rooms, a garden theatre and on-site dining facilities.
State of the art communication equipment with WIFI connectivity, multilingual translation equipment and more are all available at Sherbourne. Ideal for small meetings or large trade shows, Sherbourne Center is the most frequently used conference facility in the island.
The Barbados Hilton Hotel: Situated at Needhams Point, St. Michael just 3 minutes away from Bridgetown is the Barbados Hilton Hotel with over 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Hilton Barbados features a 4,000 sq. ft. Hilton Meetings® complex, complete with business center, boardroom, three meeting rooms divisible into six breakout rooms, and exhibition center. Plus, the hotel boasts a 6,200 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom with a 570-person capacity - the largest hotel meeting space in Barbados.
Hotel Conference Facilities: Several other hotels in Barbados also offer Conference and Convention Facilities which is ideal for the business traveler who requires accommodation at the respective venue. These facilities generally cater to groups of one hundred and fifty people or less.
The Crane, A Residential Resort: On completion of The Crane Resort's development, the property will feature a total of four function suites, varying from an executive style boardroom to meeting facilities which accommodates up to 220 persons.
The present facility, the historic Pavilion Room, dates back to the late 1800s, and adjoins L'Azure Restaurant. The new function suites will be located within The Crane Village, which will also house retail shops, a new reception and additional dining facilities.
The Pavillion
Throughout the years, this facility has been renowned for its entertainment events and banqueting facilities. Encompassing an area of 2,250 sq. ft the Pavilion Room features coral stone walls, a high ceiling, adjustable lighting system, wireless internet access, air conditioning, ceiling fans and partial ocean view. This room offers tradition, privacy and convenience in a classic and relaxed atmosphere.
Crane Village Conference Center (opening in late 2008)
This multipurpose facility with total dimensions of 2,712 sq. ft. can be reserved as one suite to facilitate a maximum range of 250 persons based on your requirements; or can be subdivided to three individual meeting suites (Eastbourne Room, Fortescue Room, Bascombe Room).
The Savannah Hotel boasts 2,263 square feet of well designed and elegantly appointed conference space where we are able to handle corporate events, elegant dinner parties and weddings.
Our largest banqueting facility, the Hastings Conference Room can be divided into two separate rooms and has approximately 500 square feet of pre conference space. We can also accommodate events under the stars in our tastefully landscaped Courtyard.
