National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE)
NISE is the National Initiative for Service Excellence, an organization created by the Social Partners of Barbados (the Trade Unions, the Private Sector and Government) for the people of Barbados. NISE will be at the forefront of a nationwide effort to help Barbados consistently deliver Service Excellence and be recognized internationally for this. In this way, an enabling environment will be created within which Barbados will be able to attain its vision of being a developed country by 2025.
Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity (BIMAP)
BIMAP was established in 1972. Since then, the organization has provided management training and consulting services. MBA, MSc and diploma programs are available due to a strong collaborative partnership between BIMAP and the University of Surrey School of Management. Barbados Community College
The Barbados Community College was established in 1968. It has grown a great deal since then, offering education in a wide cross-section of disciplines. These include agriculture, commerce, fine arts, liberal arts, science and technology. Degrees from this college include Bachelor Degrees, Associate Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates.
Cave Hill School of Business
The Cave Hill School of Business is the successor to the UWI's Centre for Management Development (CMD). Students may pursue undergraduate, graduate and executive programmes of study.
University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus)
Faculties include Humanities and Education, Law, Pure and Applied Sciences and Social Sciences. There are also clinical and postgraduate programmes in Medicine.
