Barbados Horticultural Society, a regular gold winner at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show in London will once again hold it's annual Flower & Garden Show at Balls Plantation, Christ Church on Saturday March 31st from 2pm to 6pm and Sunday April 1st, 2007 from 11am to 6pm.

The event attracts not only horticulturists but also members of the public who enjoy the fragrant smell created by such a host of exotic and brightly coloured flowers, which include the national flower of Barbados - "pride of Barbados'. There is also a display of hand crafted garden ornaments on sale.

The Barbados Horticultural Society works tirelessly all year, providing an open season of Barbados' best gardens, most of which are private, open days are organised with public viewings in the afternoons from 2pm -6pm.
