Barbados Cheer-Leading Federation host a Cheerleading and Dance Workshop in conjunction with Canadian Cheerleading Company Total Spirit from Canada.

International choreographer and Hip Hop Dancer Lenny Dela Pena was one of the coaches of this workshops along with Shawn Smith, Nicole Smith, Heather James and Peter Parrota from Total Spirit.
