As part of their public awareness programme, the Department of Emergency Management brings together representatives of local agencies concerned with climate change and the environment for a panel discussion.
Panelists include:
(1) Dr. Leonard Brewster, Director, Coastal Zone Management Unit;
(2) Mr. Chester Layne, Director, Meteorological Services,
(3) Alex Ifill, Water Quality Technologist, Barbados Water Authority, and
(4) Ms. Karen Smith, Environmental Officer, Ministry of Family, Youth and the Environment
