Participants will learn to use the readily available power of acknowledgment to motivate and inspire teams and fellow employees, as well as to improve intimate relationships and interactions with the people they connect with on a day to day basis. They will learn to use this tool in an immediately effective way.

» To identify the vast number of people worthy of acknowledgment in your world 
» How acknowledgment transforms people - both the giver and the receiver 
» Why acknowledgment must be delivered only with sincerity and authenticity 
» To establish an understanding that acknowledgment is a key factor in developing employee loyalty and engagement, improving relationships and enhancing self-worth. 
 
The three and a half hour training session will include actual individual and group exercises that will enhance participants' capabilities in the areas of delivering and accepting acknowledgment, team building, leadership and effective communications. Participants will also be given The Power of Acknowledgment Self-Assessment Tool to utilize and better understand their strengths and weaknesses, and to create an action plan to enhance capabilities.
