2nd Annual Arbor Day Expo for the entire Family!
“Together Re-vegetate, Educate to Ensure earth’s Survival”.
September 27th, 2008
National Conservation Commission Headquarters
Codrington, St. Michael
10am – 6pm
NO ADMISSION!!
The primary objective of the expo is to promote the importance of trees through a practical and interactive demonstration that highlights the many products which are derived from trees.
The event will feature display booths from individuals, groups and organizations showcasing environmental products and services.
Workshops will be held during the day focusing on a number of areas including plant care, propagation, identification and eradication of pests and diseases that affect plants.
Patrons will have an opportunity to tour the NCC’s Garden Centre, Plant Field and Sod Field and obtain selected plants at discounted prices.
