The Management of Service Quality Workshop: A Key Component to Success in Today's Workplace
|
The Caribbean Tourism Organization and the National Initiative for Service Excellence present workshop that goes beyond the ‘how to’ of taking care of the customer.
The event runs from October 6th – October 10th, 2008 at Training Room of the Caribbean Tourism Organization; One Financial Place, Collymore Rock, St. Michael, Barbados.
The workshop aims to provide senior managers with the working knowledge of a broad range of key quality management concepts & tools and to provide insights into the integration of quality management principles into a comprehensive service management system.
Workshop topics will include: Setting Quality Standards, Benchmarking Service Quality Leaders and Developing a Framework for Service Improvement. A site visit will be made to Banks Breweries Ltd., a Barbadian company with a competitive standing in the international market and meets ISO standards in order to showcase on a world market. The Concorde Visitors Centre meets high quality standings in the tourism field shown through their quality systems and customer feedback and will also be part of the site visits.
Proprietors, senior executives and general managers working in private and public sector enterprises, who want to apply service quality management concepts to improve service delivery in their organization; service quality coordinators and human resource development specialists responsible for delivering and implementing service quality initiatives within their organizations are encouraged to attend.
Registration for the workshop is $850 BDS.
