(1) Managing Small Construction Firms - Part 1
This course is a must for all small contractors who wish to run their business profitably and successfully
Topics Include: Costing, Preparing Estimates & Quotations, Work Planning & Scheduling, Marketing

Dates & Times: To be announced
Course Fee: $900 per person


(2) Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations for Small Businesses
Topics Include: Recruitment, Discipline, Improving Performance, Salary & Benefits

Dates: Saturdays, February 6th - April 10th, 2010
Time: 1:00 - 5:00pm (10 weeks - 40 Hours)
Registration Fee: $225 per person


(3) Computer Assisted Accounting for Small Business - Quickbooks
Course Topics include Setting up Quickbooks, Recording Transactions, Accounting for VAT, Managing Stock, Generating Reports and Payroll solutions.

Dates & Times: January 25th - March 6th, 2010 (6 weeks - 48 hours / 3 days a week)
Mondays & Thursdays 5:30 - 7:30pm and Saturdays 1:00 - 5:00pm
5 weeks - (40 hours - 3 days a week)
Registration Fee: $275 per person


(3) How to Start a Small Business  / Be Your Own Boss
Dates: Tuesday January 26th - Thursday January 28th, 2010
Time: 5:00 - 8:00pm (3 evenings - 9 hours)
Seminar Fee: $300 per person
