Hilton Careenage Bar and Grille 
Visit our stunning centerpiece restaurant - the Grille, located on lobby level of the hotel, adjacent to the Careenage Bar. The elegantly decorated restaurant, with its fine drapery, glass chandeliers and intimate lighting, offers a relaxing atmosphere for you to savor the delights from our à la carte menu. From fresh seafood and local delicacies to succulent meats grilled to perfection before your eyes on our in-room "Grille". Open for dinner from 6:30pm daily, with last orders placed at 10:00 pm, bookings are preferred but not essential for our guests. Hilton Lighthouse Terrace 
Whether you prefer the warmth of the Caribbean breeze, or air-conditioned comfort, The Lighthouse Terrace has the best of both worlds, with air-conditioning and alfresco seating. The restaurant is located on the lobby level of the hotel. Enjoy our Hilton Caribbean breakfast, lunch and dinner with delicious food and beverages from our buffet and à la carte menus each day.
Open daily for breakfast from 6:30 am until 10:30, lunch buffets are from 12 noon to 3pm, while our Theme dinner buffets like "Taste of the Caribbean", "Seafood Extravaganza" or our "Italian Night" only to name a few, are served from 6 pm until 10pm. The à la carte menu is offered from 11 am until 10:30 pm when last orders are taken. For more information call 5948.
