Visit our stunning centerpiece restaurant - the Grille, located on lobby level of the hotel, adjacent to the Careenage Bar. The elegantly decorated restaurant, with its fine drapery, glass chandeliers and intimate lighting, offers a relaxing atmosphere for you to savor the delights from our à la carte menu. From fresh seafood and local delicacies to succulent meats grilled to perfection before your eyes on our in-room "Grille". Open for dinner from 6:30pm daily, with last orders placed at 10:00 pm, bookings are preferred but not essential for our guests. This beautifully air conditioned restaurant is designed with fine drapes denoting the indigenous green monkey and lit with a combination of intimate spots, table lighting and modern compressed glass chandeliers. The Careenage Grille offers a relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy and savour the delights from our a la carte menu, which is selected to represent seafoods, flavours and products available in Barbados combined with the most succulent grilled meats from our in room "Grille".

Lobster tail salad - pan fried lobster tail served with salsa of avocado & exotic fruits finalised with lime and extra virgin oil.
Bresola and Provolone - baked tower of air dried beef, artichoke and provolone cheese brought to life with black truffle dressing.
Barbados smokes - The finest tuna, marlin and flying fish caught off the coastal shores of Barbados selected careenage. Smoked and served over a Christophe salad flavoured with lime and olive oil.

Canadian Bloom – char boiled tournedos of bison served with potato gratin, caramelized shallots in a maple syrup and star anis cream.
Fruit glazed duck breast – served with homemade old fashion potato gratin, a Mediterranean vegetable tower and green veg.
Coconut purse – fillets of Mahi Mahi salad in a paplotte wrapping with spices and coconut milk and cooked slowly on the grille offered with wild rice.
