Whether you prefer the warmth of the Caribbean breeze, or air-conditioned comfort, The Lighthouse Terrace has the best of both worlds, with air-conditioning and alfresco seating. The restaurant is located on the lobby level of the hotel. Enjoy our Hilton Caribbean breakfast, lunch and dinner with delicious food and beverages from our buffet and à la carte menus each day. 

Open daily for breakfast from 6:30 am until 10:30, lunch buffets are from 12 noon to 3pm, while our Theme dinner buffets like "Taste of the Caribbean", "Seafood Extravaganza" or our "Italian Night" only to name a few,  are served from 6 pm until 10pm. Dress Code - Dry swimwear is allowed during breakfast and lunch but we ask that guest cover appropriately with wraps, tops and shorts.
