Andromeda Botanic Gardens

Andromeda Botanic Gardens is run by the Barbados National Trust and commands stunning views of the rugged east coast and Atlantic Ocean.

Located in the parish of St. Joseph on the east coast of Barbados.

This tropical garden, which was founded in 1954, is set in 6 acres of land, and features orchids and shrubs of over 600 varieties.

It only opened to the public in the 1970's.

It is a major tourist attraction as the sight and smell of all these beautiful flowers together against the backdrop of the dramatic east coast and Atlantic Ocean is something to behold.
