Brandon’s Beach West Coast

Brandon’s Beach located along the Spring Garden Highway is a beautiful expanse of white sandy beach, which stretches out to the calm Caribbean Sea. The shades of colour in the water are breathtaking varying from dark blue, light blue, turquoise to clear.


Things to Do

Here you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas for $10 BDS each. Please enquire at Weisers on the Beach. Weisers sell food and drink offering garden side or beach side dining with a varied menu offering international and Barbadian cuisine with prices ranging from $15- $48 BDS.

There is also a changing facility with toilets, showers and telephones. There is volleyball net, picnic tables and plenty of trees for shade. There is a lifeguard on duty as well as beach security personnel.

There is also a water sports operator and they offer kayaks and other non motorised water sports, if you would like to use jet skis they will take you further up the bay.

Driving Directions

From Bridgetown head towards the Harbour along the Prince Alice Highway, going past the Pelican Craft Centre, turn right and follow road until you reach the Elsie Payne roundabout, turn right here, then at traffic lights turn left on to the Spring Garden Highway, you will see the beach on your left and Workbench on your right, take the next left hand turn which is opposite Workbench and when you get to the cross roads at the bottom, turn left again. This will take you into the car park.
