Take a Stroll Through Nature at The Barbados Wildlife Reserve, Grenade Hall Signal Station, and Forest, for the most affordable tourist attraction in Barbados. While you walk along the shaded brick paths, which meander through a forest of Mahogany trees, you will see Tortoise, the Barbados Green Monkey, deer, guinea birds, ducks, pigeons, peacocks, and more. The path will lead you to the caiman pit, where the you cna view a variety of reptiles.
Feeding time at the Wildlife Reserve is 2:00 pm every day.
Then take a step back in time and visit the restored Grenade Hall Signal Station.
This Signal Station was used by the 19th-century Royal Artillery to communicate across Barbados using telescopes, flags, semaphores and time balls. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Barbados East Coast from the signal station tower before following the coral pathways through the forest.
