The Ark Animal Welfare Society
Mission Statement – To raise the awareness of the needs of animals. To protect them and promote their well being by encouraging – through education – positive relationships between animals and people.
Our shelter is located at Sugarland Farm, Salter’s, St. George.
We re-home rescued dogs and cats to loving homes, while actively encouraging the spaying or neutering of dogs and cats by providing assistance and transport for same.
Donations of second-hand novels/books in good condition are most welcomed, for our book sales held at Big B Supermarket on the 1st Tuesday of every month.
We also welcome sponsorship of the animals at the shelter and donations of old towels and sheets are very welcome.
