Totally Barbados is searching for a dynamic and hardworking independent Web Account Manager with excellent communication skills and is passionate about delivering quality service to their sales clients.
As a Web Account Manager, your primary responsibilities are:
Analyze and be aware of the pages on www.TotallyBarbados.com (1,000+) to select suitable pages for each potential client/lead given to you in your sales portfolio.
Make contact with potential clients and arrange appointments at each place of business to outline and demonstrate the sales program of Totally Barbados.
Be able to present Totally Barbados, its products and services favorably and in a structured professional manner face-to-face, on the phone, and via email.
Be able to maintain and develop relationships with customers in person via telephone calls and emails daily and weekly throughout the year.
Create and provide customers with packages and quotations.
Build your own sales pipeline, negotiate and close sales.
Required to input into the CRM website daily, all contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc…) of prospective clients, call logs, information collected and created for each prospective client (this includes pertinent information for each lead, opportunity, or account) and utilize all functions of the CRM as is developed and required.
They can and willingly make cold calls to prospect and earn new business.
Research the Barbadian market for opportunities to help your clients who will be made up of primarily tourism-related companies.
Build excellent working relations with new and current clients.
Maintain on-going support during annual contracts with your customers.

Know digital marketing industry standards and requirements.
Have a history of consistently meeting and surpassing targets.
Are you comfortable speaking with decision-makers both on the phone and in-person?
Have strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and LibreOffice.
Have strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Have a good sense of judgment and the ability to take the initiative.
Have excellent time management and planning skills with attention to detail.
Commit to excellent customer service with the ability to foster and grow successful working relationships.

Valid driving license and the ability to travel to customers and clients.
This is a full-time commission-based job. Although you may work from your home office, 40 hour weeks are expected to produce suitable commission-based results. Work may need to be done on evenings and weekends, depending on meeting deadlines and whenever a potential client/client makes any specific requests. Excellent time management and planning skills are required, with special attention to detail.
