Barbados Strives for Green Economy
The ultimate goal of Barbados is to craft a green economy as a tool to achieve sustainable development in the island country, Maxine McClean, minister of foreign affairs of Barbados, said here on Tuesday.
“We see the green economy as a tool for transforming our economy to achieve sustainable development,” McClean said when taking the floor of the general debate of the 65th UN General Assembly session.
