Heywoods Beach is located on the west coast of the island, in the parish of St. Peter. Like all of the west coast beaches, it enjoys calm waters and golden sand.

Things to Do

There is a small executive golf course right on the beach. The beach is nestled between the two exclusive resorts: Almond Beach Club and Port St.Charles, so you are spoilt for choice in terms of lunch and refreshments. Always check with reception to cater to non-residents as they will restrict access to residents only in busy periods.

There is a reef very close to the shore, creating small reef pools, which are ideal for the children to bathe in, and it makes an ideal spot for snorkeling.

Watersports are never far away on the west coast, and this beach is no different, with various Jet Ski operators passing by to see if you fancy a ride.
