Skeetes Bay, located on the south east coast of the island in the parish of St. Philip, is a quaint fishing community.
Things to Do
There is a fishing complex where you can buy fresh fish when available. During the winter months, there are only 2 day boats going out from here and they supply the fish for the area. In the summer months, a further 6 boats come back from the flying fish season and work out of here as day boats.
You can also fish from the jetty and the bay is safe for swimming however there is no lifeguard on duty, but being a bay, it is quite smooth.
