Ingredients
- Approx. 16 small okras
- 1/4lb. Salted beef
- 3pts. Water
- 1 Onion chopped
- Pepper to taste
Method
- Remove top and bottoms of okras.
- Chop the salted beef finely, put this along with okras in a saucepan, adding the water to boil and stirring now and then to prevent sticking.
- After 20 minutes, add onion and simmer till all is cooked, adding a little pepper to taste.
